Contractor Problems

The Canyon State Property Inspections has worked with many home owners who feel they aren’t being treated fairly by their contractors. Sometimes the problem has resulted from a miscommunication and we are able to reassure our clients that the contractor’s work is indeed satisfactory. We also often find that the contractor’s work is significantly substandard. Analyses by a neutral third party may be necessary to resolve a dispute you have with your contractor. We will provide you with an independent objective analysis of the observable conditions.

The extent of substandard work is often under estimated. What appears to be a few minor problems may actually indicate substantial construction defects, which then represent considerable costs to the consumer. Canyon State Property Inspections can provide a detailed report (with photographs) listing each defect observed.
