The inspection report gives you an easy to read detailed summary on the condition of the structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, insulation, and ventilation interiors. A homebuyer should be an informed buyer.

Canyon State Property Inspections will give you the required information you need to make an informed decision by providing you with a comprehensive fully-narrative report detailing all the specifics of the home (Sample Full Report). We include digital photos of defects where appropriate and encourage you to be on-site during the inspection so that we can fully explain and show our findings to you first hand.

In addition, Canyon State Property Inspections knows that the process of buying a home means meeting many deadlines and that your time is important. For this reason we also provide a summary report (Sample Summary Report) that lists all of the critical findings. These are items that need to be repaired, replaced or evaluated by qualified professionals, prior to the close of escrow and also a list of normal maintenance items. Or, in the case of a New Home Warranty, presented to a builder/developer as a repairs list.

We provide both of these reports to you on-site, at the time of the inspection, they can be mailed to you at any location or, if you prefer electronic format, we can email the report to you or you may download the report from are WEB SITE via the Internet.
