Types of Home Inspection Services we offer:
- Re-Sale Home Inspection – Initial construction quality and owner maintenance are reflected in the overall condition of the re-sale home. Mistakes made during construction become significant. Defects in major components such as the electrical, roof, and plumbing systems continue to deterioration as the structure ages.
- New Build Home Inspection – The process of building home is a complex involving many specialized trades and materials. As long as humans are involved in the process there, will be mistakes in the construction and systems defects in every home.
- Builder Warranty Home Inspection – Mistakes made during construction start to become significant. Defects in major components start to quickly deteriorate as the structure begins to age. Take advantage of the opportunity to have defects repaired for FREE before your 12-month builder’s warranty expires. The builder will NOT inspect your home for defects to be corrected while your home is under warranty. It’s solely up to you.
- New Construction Phase Home Inspection – Using a reputable builder does not guarantee the quality of craftsmanship put into your home. Most builders are General Contractors who subcontract all work performed in the construction of your new house. The superintendents and city building inspectors usually miss very important items that are not identified and corrected before the stucco and drywall cover them up. Protect your new home investment with an inspection conducted during the major phases of the home building process.
- Pre-Walk Through Home Inspection – The builder allows the buyer to complete a walk through inspection to identify cosmetic concerns before closing. It is up to the buyer to identify problems to be corrected by the builder. A professional home inspection identifies mistakes made during the construction process, code issues and problems related to the major systems that would not be identified during the walkthrough inspection. The Pre-Walk Through Inspection allows you to correct problems before you move in and again before your 12-month builder’s warranty expires. The builder will NOT inspect your home for defects to be corrected. It’s solely up to you.
- Home Sellers Inspection – Buyer’s contracts include an inspection contingency which can uncover surprise problems possibly causing delays in closing, having to pay for repairs at the last minute, or even taking a lower price on your home. Find out about any hidden problems before your house goes on the market and have the time to get them corrected in advance, on your own terms
- Maintenance and Safety Home Inspection – Identifies items that may require preventive maintenance in order to avoid costly repairs, system replacement may be needed soon or safety hazards.
